Uber announced that it will launch an Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant powered by OpenAI (ChatGPT) starting in early 2025.
The company's initial idea is to help Uber drivers resolve doubts regarding electric cars, an initiative with which the company hopes to demystify some questions and doubts regarding this type of mobility.
In addition to answering questions about how to buy an electric vehicle, how to charge the car and how to carry out maintenance, the idea is, eventually, for the AI assistant to answer more questions related to the Uber driver role.
