The co-founder and CEO of Meta has overtaken Amazon founder Jeff Bezos on Bloomberg's billionaires list.
The year 2024 has been a 'dream' year for Meta co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg. The Facebook founder's fortune has increased so much in recent months that it has already placed him in second place on the list of the richest people in the world.
As you can see on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index list, Zuckerberg is now worth an estimated $206 billion (€186.7 billion), more than the $205 billion (€185.8 billion) of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.
Zuckerberg is only ahead of Elon Musk - the owner of Tesla, SpaceX and X who has a wealth estimated at $256 billion (€232.1 billion). It is worth noting, however, that Zuckerberg had the biggest increase in wealth in the last year with 78.1 billion dollars (70.8 billion euros).
