A bride revealed on Reddit how her wedding day turned into a nightmare after guests started ordering pizza to be delivered to the ceremony site.
The 28-year-old woman, who is vegan, reveals that she chose five different dishes, all of them, however, vegan, and without ever informing her guests about this detail.
His intention was for people to be surprised and not complain before even seeing the menu. However, the plan did not go as expected.
On the day of the ceremony, a cousin of the bride decided to order pizza. "The real food has arrived," he said, when boxes of food arrived at the scene.
The woman reveals that she and her fiancé became vegan three years ago and strived to create an "extraordinary menu with five dishes: mushroom wellington, truffle risotto, vegetable pies, etc."
On the Reddit platform, the bride talked not only about how she was left unresponsive when she saw what was happening on her wedding day, but also about what she would find on social media.
"My mother-in-law shared on Facebook that her son's wedding had been saved by ordering pizza after the bride forced everyone to eat rabbit food," he says, remembering that now everyone is accusing them of ruining the ceremony.
“Was I being stupid for not revealing the menu?” asks the bride, who was not spared in her answers.
Many believe that she chose not to reveal her food choice because, deep down, she already knew that the guests would not approve and that she could have avoided the situation.
