In a funny but failed attempt to follow the law, three friends in China tried to outsmart a drunk-driving charge.
After a night of drinking, they decided not to drive — instead, they pushed their car all the way home, thinking it was legal since no one was behind the wheel.
Police stopped them anyway. No DUI charge — but they were fined for blocking traffic and causing a road hazard.
Lesson learned: if you drink, just book a taxi.
