Autumn has arrived and with it the desire to eat comfort food. This is the case of this proposal from the Taste website. It is a pasta gratin with chicken and cheese (lots of cheese).
Ingredients:
375 grams of penne pasta
Half a shredded roast chicken
400 grams of béchamel sauce
120 grams of spinach
200 grams of mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
1- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Mix the pasta with the shredded chicken in an ovenproof dish. Season to taste.
2- Top with the grated cheese and the sauce. Bake for 20 minutes until gratin.
