Dominique Pélicot, a man who drugged his wife in France and allowed several strangers to rape her, revealed in court what was his biggest fetish.
The septuagenarian admitted his actions in court and admitted that he had acted out of “pure selfishness”.
"Subduing a rebellious woman was my fantasy," he admitted, as he sat in front of the president of the Criminal Court of Avignon (France), where the trial continues into its eleventh week.
The man denied having subjected his daughter to the same abuse - something she herself denied in court, in a moment of tension that led the judge to ask for things to calm down - and again mentioned that much of the blame for his behavior lay due to the abuse he suffered as a child.
“When I was forced to witness a rape, at the age of fourteen, a fissure was created in me that I have maintained throughout my life,” said Dominique. “I went through things in my childhood... They are not excuses, they are facts", he claimed.
It is recalled that Dominique admitted to having recruited men online, on a now closed website, for almost a decade, to rape the woman while she was under the influence of heavy sedatives and sleeping pills, which he administered in secret.
Over the course of around two months of testimony in court, dozens of men accused of the crime have already been heard. However, the majority denied having raped the woman, as they thought the French woman was sleeping or playing a game and not that she was unconscious.
The trial is approaching final arguments and is scheduled to continue until December 20th.
