Shooting At Boosie Badazz Concert Leaves People Seriously Injured



There was a shooting during rapper Boosie Badazz's concert in Akron, Ohio, and two people were seriously injured, as People reports, citing WKYC. 


Akron police reported that during the show at the FieldHouse Lounge, there was a “disagreement and an unidentified suspect fired several shots, hitting the victims”. It is also known that the suspect “fled after the shooting”. 


The authorities were called to the scene after 2am [local time]. Two men, aged 18 and 36, were found with injuries and taken to hospital in “critical condition”. 






There was a third man, aged 25, who was later taken to a local hospital with “wounds” that had probably been caused by a bullet, “grazed”. 


Images posted on social media show Boosie Badazz performing before shots were heard and the rapper left the venue. 



In a post on social media, those responsible for the venue, FieldHouse Lounge, said they were “deeply saddened by the tragic incident”. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families and all those affected. To our customers and supporters, we sincerely apologize for the fear and suffering this incident has caused,” they added. 



“The safety and well-being of our customers is always our top priority, and we are committed to doing everything in our power to prevent anything like this from happening again,” they added.
