The system will send a notification in real time if it detects a pattern in the conversation.
Google took advantage of the opening conference of the annual I/O event on Tuesday 14th to unveil a new version of its Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as some new features that are possible thanks to this technology.
Among them are a series of tools that will be more effective in detecting scams. It is known that these tools are still in the testing phase but, according to the Engadget website, Google hopes to integrate them into Android phones by the end of the year.
The information available states that these AI tools will be able to detect conversation patterns in these scams - namely requests for personal information such as PIN codes or passwords - in order to send an alert in real time, warning the user that the message in question may be a scam attempt.
