A 12-year-old boy is about to become the youngest student to graduate from a Long Island high school in New York, USA. The graduation ceremony will take place next week and the young man will head to New York University at the beginning of autumn.
Despite his young age, Suborno Bari has already written two books and taught in India. According to the New York Post, the student will receive his diploma on June 26th. “It’s really exciting,” said the teenager.
The boy intends to study Mathematics and Physics at New York University and has already received a scholarship. His dream is “to help people around the world understand Mathematics and Science”. “My goal is to be a teacher and try to help those in need”, he reiterated.
Bari always showed great aptitude for studies, which allowed him to move from the 4th year to the eighth. Then he moved from the 9th to the 12th year. “He was always one step ahead”, recalled the boy’s mother, who recognized that her son “isn’t like other children”.
When he was four years old, the young man was even praised by former US President Barack Obama for his achievements in Mathematics and Science.
