The Minho defender arrives in Trás-os-Montes after a season working for Gil Vicente, having played 13 games in the top tier of national football, after making his debut in the Gilistas' main team in the 2018/2019 season.
Born in Barcelos, Kiko Pereira also spent time in Sanjoanense, AR São Martinho, Brito and Santa Maria.
The Trás-os-Montes emblem had already secured goalkeeper Vozinha (ex-Trencin, Slovakia), defenders Tiago Almeida (ex-Tondela) and Aáron Romero (ex-Almería B, Spain), midfielders Pedro Tiba (ex-Gil Vicente ) and Roan Wilson (ex-Gil Vicente), and forwards Wellington Carvalho (ex-Khaitan, Kuwait) and Rúben Pina (ex-Belenenses).
After the defeat against FC Porto (4-0), at Olival, Desportivo de Chaves welcomes the B team of Vitória de Guimarães, on Saturday, at the Estádio Municipal Engenheiro Manuel Branco Teixeira, for the second preparation match for the new season .
