In a brief statement, the Gaza Ministry of Health states that "32 martyrs, mostly children and women, were transported to hospitals overnight following the Israeli massacres."
The note does not indicate the location of the hospitals.
Hamas media also indicate that "more than 70 air strikes" took place against various regions of the Palestinian enclave, namely against the city of Gaza, the Nousseirat refugee camp (center) and Khan Yunis (south).
The Israeli Army said today that it is continuing military operations in Rafha, south of the Gaza Strip, having "eliminated several terrorists in combat and aerial bombardment" in addition to having "destroyed terrorist infrastructure".
In the center of the Gaza Strip, "terrorists were eliminated" and an arms production unit was located, as well as a "large sum of money intended for terrorist activities" was seized.
According to a statement released today, the Israeli Air Force claims to have hit several missile ramps in Beit Hanoun, north of Gaza.
On Thursday, around 60 bodies were discovered under the rubble in Shujaia, a neighborhood in the eastern part of Gaza city, after the end of a vast Israeli operation that devastated the area, according to Hamas Civil Defense.
"The Shujaia neighborhood is no longer habitable because the occupants totally or partially destroyed 85% of the houses, shops, markets and other infrastructure", declared the Civil Defense today.
"We are declaring the neighborhood a disaster zone", says the entity controlled by Hamas.
Last Wednesday, the Israeli Army called for the withdrawal of all inhabitants of the city of Gaza - around 350 thousand people, according to the United Nations.
The war broke out on October 7, 2023 after a Hamas attack against Israel that killed 1,195 people, most of them civilians, according to a count by Agence France Presse based on official Israeli data.
Israel promised to destroy Hamas and launched an offensive that has so far killed 38,345 people, most of them civilians, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.
