Actresses Nicole Kidman and Salma Hayek had a tense moment before the Balenciaga show as part of Paris Fashion Week, which ran from September 23 to October 1.
The moment happened two weeks ago, but only now has the video been released showing Nicole Kidman pushing Hayek's arm.
According to the Daily Mail, the Mexican actress was trying to position herself in front of the photographers and Kidman didn't like her attitude.
“Don't touch me,” Nicole is heard saying in the video.
The moment was particularly bizarre as the two had just greeted each other.
Salma Hayek later shared a photo of herself with Nicole Kidman on social media.
Hayek's post may also have been purely “diplomatic”, since Kidman was attending the fashion show at the invitation of tycoon François-Henri Pinault, Hayek's husband, who owns Balenciaga.
Singer Katy Perry, who was also present, seemed to have been embarrassed by the situation.
