Next week, on November 5th, the US presidential elections will take place and, for this final stretch, Kama Harris' campaign has decided to try to win over video game aficionados as potential voters.
To achieve this, the campaign launched a special map for the online game 'Fortnite'. The map goes by the name of Freedom Town, USA and, as the IGN website says, it was created using tools provided by the game itself. The map is used by Harris' campaign to highlight some of her main promises for the presidency, such as tax benefits for small businesses and the focus on affordable housing.
Remembering that this is not the first time that Harris' campaign has relied on video games to try to present the candidates and get their message across, with vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz having played 'Madden NFL' and 'Crazy Taxi' on Twitch in the company of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
