Samsung Update Is Causing Problems On Older Phones

If you have a Galaxy S10 or a Galaxy Note 10, you may want to take this information into account.

An update released by Samsung appears to be causing problems on older phones from the brand, with users of the devices complaining on platforms such as Reddit.

As reported by the website 9to5google, the problems appear to be being felt on phones such as the Galaxy S10 series, the Galaxy Note 10 series, the Galaxy M51 and even the Galaxy A90. Users complain that, with this update, the phones get stuck in a 'loop' without being able to be turned on.

For now, the only solution to this problem appears to be to perform a factory data reset, something that may be undesirable if you have files and information stored on the device.

If you have an older Samsung phone, you may want to avoid applying the latest update.
