Wilted Lettuce? This Is What You Should Do To 'revive' It

There is a difference between lettuce that looks wilted or spoiled. In the first case, there is a trick that allows you to avoid waste and save money.

Informe Brasil explains. Start by washing and disinfecting both the lettuce and the container where you will store it. Then, separate the lettuce leaves and dry each one with kitchen paper.

Next, place a layer of kitchen paper inside the airtight container and store the lettuce leaves. Finally, simply place the same container in one of the refrigerator drawers.

The kitchen paper will help absorb moisture, preventing bacteria and fungi from 'attacking' the lettuce, leaving it wilted.
