Brazil's first lady, Janja Lula da Silva, is at the center of a controversy after offending billionaire Elon Musk. The founder of Tesla and Space X has already responded and the Brazilian president himself, Lula da Silva, has warned that “there's no need to swear at anyone”.

It was on Saturday, during a G20 Social panel on 'fake news', that Janja Silva said: "I'm not afraid of you. Fuck you, Elon Musk".

Hours later, the US businessman responded to a post with a video of the moment on social media, where he said that the Brazilian president “will lose the elections soon”.

Later, also during a G20 Social event, Lula da Silva said, without naming any names, that “this is a campaign that we don't have to offend anyone”,

"This is a campaign where we don't have to offend anyone, we don't have to swear at anyone. We just have to outrage society," said the president on stage at the Global Alliance Festival: Pro dia nascer feliz.
