In the last few hours of Sunday, the Brazilian press published a rumor that could turn out to be 'bombshell'. Neymar is said to be negotiating a return to Santos, the club where he began his career, but the information does not correspond to the truth.
“There are no negotiations underway for Neymar to leave Al Hilal. He has a contract and is very happy there. Neymar's father and I are the only people who can talk about Neymar's future. I don't know where the latest rumors are coming from,” Pini Zahavi, who is Neymar's manager, told Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The 32-year-old player arrived in Saudi Arabia in the summer of 2023 from Paris Saint-Germain for around 90 million euros. However, due to various injuries, he was only used in seven games. His contract with the Saudis expires in the summer of 2025.
