It seems that, contrary to what was expected, tycoon Elon Musk will be the sole leader of the new government department dedicated to efficiency in the Trump administration.
The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) was supposed to have a two-headed leadership that, in addition to Musk, would also include American businessman Vivek Ramaswamy. However, the Associated Press reports that Ramaswamy will not join Musk in this new venture.
According to the official statement, Vivek Ramaswamy will not join Musk in DOGE because he intends to run for governor of the state of Ohio.
As such, Musk will be the sole leader of this new department, which is already the subject of three lawsuits.
