Woman Who Had 4 Children With Uncle Never Taught Them To Eat, Walk Or Talk

A woman, who had four children with her uncle, is accused of keeping the children captive and subjecting them to poor living conditions.

Hannah Johnson had her first child with her uncle when she was just 18 years old. According to reports in the international press, the young woman's father allowed her to live with her uncle, even though he knew he was registered on a list of sexual predators.

So, the young woman ended up marrying her relative and had four children with him. The family lived in Ohio, USA.

According to what authorities recently discovered, the four children had never attended school, were malnourished, wore diapers, and could neither speak nor walk.

The couple met in 2014 when she was 17, which means the couple's oldest child will be around 10 years old. The remaining children, USA Today says, were ages 4, 6 and 7.

The man died in September 2022, aged 52, and Hannah was left with her 72-year-old mother-in-law and the child. The state in which the minors were found was discovered after neighbors issued an alert due to the bad smell coming from inside the house. The police went to the house but no arrests were made.

Moments later, the woman took three of her children to her mother's house, with whom she had not had contact for at least 8 years. The mother didn't even know she had become a grandmother.

When she returned home and was confronted by the authorities again, Hannah was unable to explain why her children were malnourished, remembering that it was her husband who prevented her from feeding her children and taking them to the doctor.

Hannah Johnson, 28, is currently in an Ohio prison, where she is serving a 10 to 14 year sentence. She pleaded guilty in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court to child endangerment and kidnapping charges and was sentenced in January.

The couple's eldest son, who was the best cared for, was given to a foster family.
