The Angolan president has dismissed José João Manuel as Angola's ambassador to Mozambique and appointed Jovelina Alfredo Imperial da Costa in his place, after she was dismissed as Angola's ambassador to Namibia.
In a presidential decree, João Lourenço also appointed Pedro Mutinde, former Minister of Hotels and Tourism and former governor of Cuando-Cubango, to the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Angola to Namibia.
Maria Isabel Gomes Encoge, until then Angola's ambassador to the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, was appointed ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Germany.
