The streaming service Netflix is working on a new version of Stephen King's Cujo. According to the deadline, the production is being handled by Roy Lee, the same producer of Brutal Nights and Strange Darling.
The book was previously adapted into a thriller in 1983 – also available on Netflix – starring Dee Wallace as a mother who fights to protect her son from a Saint Bernard who turns into a beast after being bitten by a bat.
There is no further information yet, but new details about the cast and direction are expected to be released soon.
