They struck and killed 64-year-old retired police chief Andreas Probst, with phone footage showing them cheering the impact. A Clark County judge sentenced Ayala to 20 years to life and Keys to 18 years to life on Tuesday, approving maximum terms under their guilty pleas to second-degree murder.
