Protests and clashes with ICE agents at Minneapolis federal building and Target store

Protesters in Minneapolis confronted ICE agents outside the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building and ICE facility, launching fireworks, surrounding agents, and damaging federal vehicles, prompting deployments of tear gas, pepper spray, and sting balls. Incidents also occurred at a suburban Midway Target store where ICE agents formed a tactical perimeter and detained U.S. citizens Jonathan Garcia and Christian Romano.
