Streamer 'Vitaly' is set to be deported to Russia after spending 9 months in a Philippine prison, according to Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla.
Vitaly Zdorovetskiy was arrested back in April 2025.
He was arrested at the time for allegedly harassing Filipinos in public and filming it for social media.
