Alleged DJ Warras Shooter and Orchestrator to Appear Together in Court Today



Two men accused in the assassination of popular Johannesburg media personality Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock, Armindo Joaquim Pacula, the alleged shooter, and Victor Mthethwa Majola, the alleged orchestrator are set to appear together for the first time in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court today,  Wednesday 11 February.


Pacula, a 25-year-old Mozambican national charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder and contravening the Immigration Act, abandoned his bail application and his lawyer indicated he may seek a plea agreement once he has seen the docket. Majola, 44, who faces similar charges and was previously denied bail, will join him in the dock.
