On October 25 around 6 p.m., shots rang out in Cleveland's Union Miles neighborhood, leaving Christopher Williams, 34, dead in the street and Demetrius W. Pride, 28, on a nearby porch.
Police used license plate readers and their Real Time Crime Center to track the suspect to Akron, where he was arrested with local help.
Videos from an Instagram account showing a firearm near the scene spread online, sparking reactions over the boldness of posting the aftermath and questions about desensitization to violence in the city.
