At 102, Carolyn Baldwin is still very active. After 25 years working in a children's library, she continues to work in a store in the community where she lives. On NBC's Today, she revealed some of the secrets to her longevity.
She explained that every morning she takes 30 to 45 minutes to exercise. "It's a commitment that keeps me young and vital," she says.
She also reveals that she takes several walks in her day-to-day life, from going to the café, to the store where she works and even to pick up her parcels.
She also explained that exercising her mind is also part of her routine. She says she listens to audiobooks by her favorite authors and of various genres, from adventures to humor and even novels. She describes this activity as "a good way to pass the time".
"I attribute my success to the fact that perhaps I have good bone structure, a good family and a positive attitude," he continues.
