Brazilian Vice President and Minister of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services Geraldo Alckmin helped a passenger on Saturday who felt ill during a Latam flight that had departed from Brasília to São Paulo.
According to G1, Alckmin's advisors, who is also a doctor, confirmed this information.
The Brazilian Vice President was on the flight, which lasts 1 hour and 40 minutes, when a woman felt ill, leading the crew to ask if there was a doctor on board. Alckmin ended up helping.
Latam said in a statement that there was a health emergency on the plane and volunteer doctors were called. After the incident, flight LA3007 "continued normally and the aircraft landed safely."
