A bus without passengers ended up in an ornamental fountain in Reus, Catalonia, Spain, in an incident that did not cause any injuries.
According to the television channel Telecinco, only the driver was on board, who underwent a breathalyzer test. He did not have any alcohol in his blood and was unharmed in the incident.
The incident occurred at around 2:00 pm (1:00 pm in mainland Portugal) this Friday, and it is not known why the driver lost control of the bus, 'landing' in the fountain in the Plaza del Canal, not far from the city's bus station.
The emergency services disconnected the bus's batteries while they waited for the crane to remove it from the fountain.
