Trump Files Complaint Against Kamala For ‘Misappropriation’ Of Funds

Kamala Harris' team has already reacted and is talking about an attempt to sabotage the electoral campaign.

This Tuesday, the Trump campaign filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission, arguing that money raised for President Joe Biden's reelection bid cannot be transferred to Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential campaign.

The complaint was filed by Trump campaign general counsel David Warrington and argues that the transfer of funds would amount to "little more than an excessive and veiled contribution of $91.5 million from one presidential candidate to another."

"Kamala Harris is attempting to perpetrate a theft of $91.5 million of Joe Biden's leftover campaign money - a brazen cash theft that would constitute the largest excessive contribution and largest violation in the history of the Federal Election Campaign Act. 1971, as amended," states the complaint, cited by CNN International.

The complaint is against Biden, Harris, the Biden campaign (which is now the Harris campaign), and campaign treasurer Keana Spencer for allegedly "flagrantly violating the Act by making and receiving an excessive contribution of nearly one hundred million dollars and for filing fraudulent forms with the Commission alleging that one candidate's main campaign committee was used by another candidate."
