You haven't tried this recipe for banana and strawberry pancakes yet, but you should. It's by nutritionist Ana Rita Campos and worth every bite.
Ingredients:
1 small ripe banana
2 chopped strawberries
30 g oatmeal
1 small egg
Olive oil
Directions
1- Mash the banana and strawberries in a bowl.
2- Add the oatmeal and the egg. Then mix until the ingredients are well combined.
3- Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil and put it on a medium heat.
4- Add 1-2 tablespoons of the batter and cook on both sides.
