João Félix is apparently on the verge of returning to the Premier League to represent Chelsea, the club he played for in the second half of the 2022/23 season on loan from Atlético de Madrid.
According to information provided this Monday by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, who specializes in matters relating to the transfer market, the Portuguese international has already given a positive opinion on the possibility of returning to Stamford Bridge.
The negotiations are being brokered by the striker's manager, compatriot Jorge Mendes, and are taking place in parallel with the dialogue regarding Conor Gallagher's move to Civitas Metropolitano.
The 24-year-old (who, it should be remembered, has been linked with interest from Benfica) is now just waiting for both clubs to reach an agreement, so that he can once and for all put to rest any doubts about his immediate future.
