Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup ricotta cheese
Pear slices
Walnut pieces
Coarse salt and ground pepper
Honey
Toast slices
Preparation:
1- Divide the ricotta cheese between the slices of bread. Top each piece with several pear slices and a few walnut pieces.
2- Season with salt and pepper and drizzle each with honey. Serve immediately.
