Do you always have a lot of trouble falling asleep? There are multiple supplements and exercises that can help. Justin Agustin, a fitness expert, quoted in Mirror, advises you to try a very simple and supposedly effective military method.
Want to try it? "Start by relaxing the muscles in your forehead," as well as "your eyes, cheeks, jaw, and focus on your breathing."
Then try to relax your neck and shoulders. "Make sure your shoulders are not tense" and let them hang "as low as possible" but "keep your arms loose at your sides, including your hands and fingers."
"As you do this, imagine a feeling of warmth that goes from your head to your fingertips, before traveling from your heart to your toes," he explains. Then, "take a deep breath and exhale slowly, relaxing your chest, stomach, down to your thighs, knees, legs, and feet."
