Ingredients:
2 apples
1/2 lemon
60 grams of coconut sugar
3 eggs
80 ml honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
125 ml olive oil
155 grams of almond flour
140 grams buckwheat
2 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
1- Beat the coconut sugar with the eggs, honey and vanilla. Mix in the olive oil. Add the chopped apple, flour and baking powder. Finally, the cinnamon and mix again.
2- Place in a baking dish and bake for 55 minutes. You can serve with yogurt, for example.
