How About Some Traditional Codfish Pasties?

Ingredients:

1 cod steak

5 tablespoons of oats

1 dl water

1 onion

1 egg

1 bunch of parsley

Method of preparation

1- After cooking the cod, shred it into small chips.

2- Mix the flour and water in a bowl to make a thick paste.

3- Add the onion and chopped parsley.

4- Then add the egg yolk and the cod.

5- Season with salt and pepper.

6- Beat one egg white until stiff and fold it into the previous mixture.

7- Pour spoonful's of the mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake at 200ºC for 15 minutes.
