The victims are a 37-year-old woman and three children - one aged 19 months and two aged four.
A mother and her three children - a 19-month-old baby and two four-year-olds - were run over while crossing a pedestrian crossing on Wednesday in Ciudad Real, Spain.
According to Spanish newspaper El Mundo, the accident occurred at 9am local time (8am in Spain), when the 37-year-old mother was taking the children to school. The victims had to be taken to hospital.
The woman was transported in an intensive care ambulance to Ciudad Real Hospital and one of the older children in a basic life support ambulance. The other children were transported in emergency ambulances.
The police are investigating the causes of the accident.
