Ingredients:

1 cup of pumpkin puree

250 ml green tea

1/2 cup frozen banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon ground linseed

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup ice (optional)


Directions

1- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve in a glass with or without ice.
