South Korean actor Song Jae Rim, star of k-dramas (as South Korean dramas are called) such as “The Moon Embraces the Sun” and “Queen Woo”, was found dead on Tuesday (12) at the age of 39. The cause of the artist's death has not been confirmed, but a police officer said that “there are no signs of foul play”.
According to the local press, Seoul's Seongdong Police Station confirmed that the actor was found dead in his apartment. A letter was also allegedly found in the property.
Song Jae Rim began his career as a model and moved into acting in 2009, in the film “Actresses”. The actor gained more prominence in 2012, playing a bodyguard in the period drama “The Moon Embraces the Sun”.
The actor rose to fame after appearing in the fourth season of “We Got Married”. He has also appeared in dramas such as “Two Weeks”, “Unkind Ladies” and, most recently, “Queen Woo”.
