Actress Sophie Turner - known above all for playing Sansa Stark in the HBO series 'Game of Thrones' - seems to be in the pipeline to play the protagonist of 'Tomb Raider'.
Deadline reports that Turner could be chosen to play the heroine Lara Croft in Prime Video's adaptation of the game franchise. Remember that this 'Tomb Raider' series is being developed by Phoebe Waller-Bridge ('Fleabag' and 'Killing Eve') as screenwriter and executive producer.
There are currently no details about the plot or potential release date for 'Tomb Raider' on Prime Video. The series was officially announced at the beginning of the year.
