Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of oatmeal
200 ml low-fat milk
1 egg white
Toppings to taste
Directions:
1- Place the oatmeal, low-fat milk and egg white in a bowl.
2- Stir everything together very well.
3- Place the mixture in the microwave for one to two minutes.
4- Stir halfway through and at the end.
5- Add toppings to taste.
