Three men have accused Sean 'Diddy' Combs of rape and sexual assault in two cases filed Thursday, December 12.
The alleged victims note that the artist drugged them through drinks and abused them while they were unconscious.
The lawsuits, filed at the New York Supreme Court by attorney Thomas Giuffra (the identities of the victims were not revealed), cover incidents that occurred between 2019 and 2022.
One of the men, who worked for Combs, told NBC News that he was raped in a New York hotel after meeting with the musician to discuss payment of a "substantial sum" related to book publishing.
After having a drink, the man in question revealed that he began to feel "very tired and sleepy" within just "two minutes".
When he regained his senses, he tried to stop Diddy, who was raping him. Not stopping, the rapper replied: "I'm almost done."
"This phrase keeps echoing in my brain 'I'm almost done'."
According to the attorney, the way Combs approached the men was "eerily consistent."
The 55-year-old artist remains in custody in the New York Metropolitan Center, while awaiting trial that will take place in May next year.
