New Details About The Vivienne's Death From 'RuPaul's Drag Race UK'



There are new details about the death of The Vivienne, winner of the first season of 'RuPaul's Drag Race UK', whose real name was James Lee Williams.


A local police source said officers were called to an address in Chorlton-by-Backford, near Chester, at 12.22pm on Sunday, January 5, following a call to a suspected “sudden death”.


"Police attended the scene, investigated the circumstances surrounding the 32-year-old's death and concluded there were no suspicious circumstances," The Mirror reports.


Vivienne's death was publicly confirmed by her representative, Simon Jones, who mourned the loss on social media.


"It is with immense sadness that we inform you that our beloved James Lee Williams - The Vivienne - passed away this weekend," it said.
