The wife of American soccer player Tyreek Hill has filed for divorce after the authorities were called to her home.
Keeta Hill, 29, filed to end the marriage on Tuesday, April 8, having put April 7 as the date of separation.
According to People, Keeta's mother, Alesia Vaccaro, called emergency contacts on Monday after the NFL player allegedly threw Keeta's computer to the ground and grabbed her four-month-old daughter, Capri.
According to what Keeta shared with the authorities, Tyreek Hill and his wife argued frequently and, on Monday, it all started when Keeta allegedly told the player that he had no relationship with their daughter. “That's when he got angry and approached her, grabbed the baby and started walking around the apartment.”
Nevertheless, both confirmed that the argument was never physical and the authorities noted that the baby was “in good health” and in “good physical condition”.
In addition to filing for divorce, Keeta requested that she remain temporarily in their Miami home and that the child support agreement be determined by the court. Her lawyer has also asked that the family's privacy be respected while this process is resolved, says TMZ.
