Award-winning nurse fired after telling officer she would let cops and their families die during DUI arrest.
'I'm a f****** nurse, and when you come through my hospital, don't worry, I'll let you die.'
Crystal Tadlock, 35, was arrested in Magnolia, Texas after she was caught speeding, ran a red light, and hit a piece of concrete.
She failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody.
She later mocked the officer for having a foreign accent and suggested he should be deported.
Tadlock had previously won an award for “extraordinary nurses”.
