As happens every year, Samsung should start next year with the announcement of a new generation of cell phones and, in 2025, it is highly likely that we will get to know the Galaxy S25 series.
Sawyer Galox's page on the social network X (formerly Twitter) now provides the first details about the top-of-the-range Galaxy S25 Ultra, namely the different configurations in which the device should be available.
The person responsible for sharing this information says that it relates to the third prototype created by Samsung, which means that Samsung's final decision could still change some of these specifications.
However, Galox says that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be equipped with a 6.9-inch screen and will be available in versions with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, 12GB RAM and 512GB and 16GB RAM with 1TB.
Given that the Galaxy S25 series isn't due to be announced until January or February 2025, we'll still have to wait quite a while for official news on the devices.
