An Amazon worker was fired after being ‘caught’ driving on the pavement in Flowery Branch, Georgia, on 14 July.
The driver, who was travelling at around 56 kilometres per hour, was filmed by a motorist, who posted the images on the social network TikTok.
An Amazon spokesperson said that the worker had since been sacked.
‘This was reckless and unacceptable behaviour. We have investigated the incident and this driver is no longer delivering parcels on behalf of Amazon,’ reads the statement quoted by Fox5.
