An interview with the singer from 2011 has resurfaced in a podcast released this week. In it, the singer spoke about her partners and the level of comfort with fame that often caused discomfort in relationships.
Years before Taylor Swift found love with Travis Kelce, she spoke about the toll fame took on her relationships in an interview with 60 Minutes in 2011.
This week, the interview resurfaced, this time on the podcast A Second Look. In it, the singer, who was 21 at the time, said she would rather date someone who was comfortable with their level of fame.
"It's so devastating when the click is there, but your comfort level with fame is so different [from the person you're dating]. Because I don't care... I don't care who's looking, but for some people, it does," she said at the time.
The singer and American football player Travis Kelce have spoken about the same topic before, saying they are both comfortable with the public eye.
