“Inadmissible”. Fight Between Tyson And Paul Is Worth Netflix Lawsuit

man from Florida, USA, by the name of Ronald 'Blue' Denton has decided to sue Netflix over the fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, pointing to the poor quality with which the event was broadcast.

As Variety reports, several Netflix subscribers complained of lag during the broadcast and, in some cases, even blackouts. Denton seems to have been one of these cases, with the complainant claiming that Netflix hosted content that was “unwatchable”.

“Boxing fans, along with ordinary Americans who wanted to see a legend in what would likely be his last fight, faced legendary problems, including: lack of access, streaming failures and loading problems,” the lawsuit reads.

Denton accuses Netflix in this lawsuit of breach of contract and deceptive practices and of not being prepared to deal with the number of viewers who wanted to see this fight.

“Instead of providing the programming for which its viewers pay every month, Netflix was completely unprepared and unable to solve the problems,” says Denton.
