Messenger Will Be Able to Muffle Noise in Video Calls

Meta has released a new update for its Messenger messaging app that includes some of the improvements and features most requested by users.

As Meta says in the official publication on its own website, one of them is the ability to drown out noise during video calls, with the technology serving to isolate the voice and make it clearer.

In addition, these video calls will also have the option of high definition resolution. This visual quality will be active by default on Wi-Fi and can be activated manually when the call is made using mobile data.

If you make a video call and it is not answered, you will also have the option of recording a video message - a bit like what used to happen with an answering machine.

Finally, there will be an option to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated backgrounds to help make your calls more fun.
